Excellent Portable Projector with Unmatched Customer Service
I’ve been using this projector for a while now, and I’m thoroughly impressed with both its performance and the outstanding customer service I received. One of its standout features is that it can be battery-operated, unlike many other small projectors that need to be plugged in at all times. This makes it perfect for camping trips or any outdoor use where an outlet isn’t easily available. It’s small, compact, and easy to carry along with my Amazon FireStick, so I can stream any content I want, whether it’s Netflix, Hulu, or YouTube. Speaking of YouTube, I initially noticed that video playback through the native Android YouTube app was choppy, likely due to the hardware's processing limitations. However, using an external device like a FireStick or Chromecast solved this issue, as the external hardware handles the video processing smoothly.I also want to highlight the exceptional customer service I received from this seller. After I posted my original review, Sophie from their support team proactively reached out to me, acknowledged the issues I was facing, and shipped me a replacement projector—all without me even having to request it. The replacement solved all the problems I had with the initial device, and I’ve never received this level of service from any Amazon seller in over two decades of using the platform.Overall, the projector is well-built, highly portable, and perfect for my needs. But the incredible customer service truly set this experience apart. I highly recommend both the product and the company behind it!

A great little projector, ruined by the power cord and lack of power save function (SEE EDITS).
The media could not be loaded. I bought this projector to take to music festivals and raves to quickly project animated gifs on the ground (like a flashlight, but with animations) but it seems it is not really useable for that. This is a great little projector and is surprisingly capable for its size, but has 2 problems:The power cord is a DC barrel connector and requires a wall outlet to charge, which makes it useless at raves. The power input is 5V 3A, why they didn’t just use a USB C connector so it can be used with any standard power bank is just mind-boggling.There is no way to turn off just the lamp off to save power. You need to power down the whole unit, and booting back up takes about 90 seconds. It has a lens cover you can close to block the projection, but it does not shut the lamp off. This results in a lot of unneeded power drain and wastes lamp life. This makes this unit impractical for what I was trying to do with it. Without the ability to shut the lamp off, it will only last about an hour and a half and once it’s dead if you don’t have a wall outlet, you will not be charging it back up.It provides ADB root shell out of the box and I have tried several different ways to turn the lamp off, but so far ̶n̶o̶n̶e̶ ̶w̶e̶r̶e̶ ̶s̶u̶c̶c̶e̶s̶s̶f̶u̶l̶ (SEE EDIT BELOW). There also does not appear to be any firmware publicly available, so if you brick it messing around with root, you will be unable to restore it.EDIT: I have purchased a 5V DC barrel to USB, which I didn't even know was possible. Now I can plug the projector into my power bank and car to charge. While still inconvenient to have to carry this special wire around with it, it does significantly help with the "portability" factor, therefore I have changed my review to 4 stars. I purchasedthis universal cable here and it works great.EDIT 2 (11-19-23): I finally DID find a way to turn off power to the lamp. From an ADB shell, run the following command: "./system/bin/tusmv53_cmd 11 0 0 0" The lamp should turn off. Run it again and it will turn back on, but the image will be inverted. Run the command "./system/bin/tusmv53_cmd 4 0 0 0" afterwards to correct this. I created a script that runs at boot to override the POWER button press event and instead run this set of commands. Now, pressing the power button will toggle ONLY the lamp on and off, but the projector stays powered up. It also significantly reduces the power draw when not projecting, which should extend battery life. Now that I can quickly power the projection on and off like a flashlight, I would give this unit 5 stars. However, since it is not a native function and requires rooting and modifying boot files (which will easily brick the device if you mess up), I am leaving my review at 4.EDIT 3 (7-8-24): This unit has been a big hit at the raves and the dancing Mr. Krabs never fails to constantly draw a crowd, but after 15 months the battery has swelled up and can no longer hold a charge. It also bent the logic board and the power button no longer turns on the device. I will have to look into obtaining a replacement battery to install :(EDIT 3 (11-19-24): Could not find a replacement battery that would fit but got another one of these units on a 40% sale. Was a big hit at this years EDC Orlando rave! I was also able to contact the company that makes the built-in EShare app and they were kind enough to add animated .gif file playback instead of having to convert them to 5 minute long .mp4s first, which makes adding animations much easier.Luckly the system apps are signed with the default Rockchip Android platform key, so overwriting the built-in app was simple. Hurray for horrible security practices I guess lol.

BUY THIS AMAZING PROJECTOR!
I have been a professional artist since 1981. (That's a long time). I have used a wide variety of different styles and brands of projectors over the years including Artograph. I am a Journeyman sign artist, formerly specializing in highway billboards 14'x48'. I normally paint large canvas. Lately I have been entering wildlife art contests where the format size is 7" x 10". Using any of these other projectors is extremely frustrating to attempt to get the clarity/focus down to that size. Projectors are made to enlarge.THIS IS AMAZING.Pros: I love the option of HDMI or USB.The picture couldn't be clearer.Highly portable.Comes with a mini tripod! BONUS!!!The unboxing was a lot of fun.If you work on a small scale BUY THIS PROJECTOR!!Cons: That remote needs a lot of tweaking.Make the focus digital by remote. This is a very well designed, well thought out projector from the packaging right down to the nuts and bolts of it. Absolutely worth every penny. I am so happy today.

Great Customer Service with any issues you have.
After a few technical issues in the beginning with the apple device, I was finally able to get the projector to work on my apple device. This company has prompt customer support and I appreciate that. I’m now enjoying movies and able to do my cookie decorating with no issues!

Save your money for long term
This is my third one in two years. Idk what the life span is or should be but it’s so unfortunate. These are way to expensive to always break down every year
