I am not one who can deal with winter colds. I live in a part of the country that regularly sees temperature swings of 40 degrees from one day to the next. This goes on all winter.I dose myself with extra vitamin C, zinc and echinacea. I have read quite a bit about elderberry also helping to ward off the common cold, so I decided to add it to my daily gummies.These have a pleasant taste. They are very sweet at first and that feel on the tongue goes away quickly.Here’s to hoping they keep me healthy.

Look Forward to Vitamin Time
These things taste great! Since they're preventative, can't really say if they are doing any good, but they taste great and are affordable. Can't hurt, right? But keep them out of reach of children. No telling if they got them and ate the whole bottle. Will buy more when these get low.

Great taste and work as well as syrup
We have been taking elderberry syrup for years but my husband hated the smell when I made a new batch, so I decided to go to gummies instead. My boys and I love the taste and they seem to work just as well as the syrup did. I give my boys one gummy a day and I eat two a day (we skip on weekends to help our immune system). I like the added zinc and vitamin c and they seem to work better for my allergies.
