This stuff is great, it helps relive anxiety. I had been having anxiety attacks which can be very painful and stressful. I've learned how to read the signs in my body for when an attack might be coming on and I can take ashwagandha and I almost never get an attack. It has a very calming affect but does not make you spacy or drowsy. I am on my 3rd bottle. I don't take them daily, only when it feels like it could be "one of those days". My husband takes them too from time to time when he is under a lot of stress at work.

This supplement is the best one I have found. I can tell when I try to use different brands. This brand is most effective for me and is some of the cheapest I’ve found while having natural ingredients. Can’t live without this stuff!

Not for everyone. Research before buying and watch for side effects, this caused terrible hormonal acne on my jawline. Went away a few weeks after stopping. It was great for calming, but not worth the acne
