Love this stuff
I use on my stain glass projects in marking my lines. I sometimes use a saw in my cuttings. Perfect for preserving the lines while cutting with the saw.

Fantastic product - if you use it right
This is a fantastic product after some trial and error. Originally I was putting way too much on and it was gumming up and all of my sharpy was coming off the glass in the whole area around the saw cut. I put it in hot water for a bit, use my finger to spread a MICRO THIN layer on. Think lip balm - not grout!!!! With that application it works great.

Work quite well
I spread a thin film of this with my fingers on top of my markings when I cut and grind stained glass especially if using the black markers. The Silver metallic marker that I bought from Staples does not need coating as much, more resistant to water.

Worked Great!
This was the first time I used this product. It was great... kept my sharpie line on the glass when I was using my ring saw and grinder. I will continue to use this in the future.

Inconsistent results.
If I use this for simple scoring and breaking, the line stays put underneath the product well enough to follow it. When I use it with my glass grinder or, worse yet, my ring saw, the water and vibrations often make parts of the line flake off when I need it the most. I've found that using a dab of rubber cement over the marker line and then applying the Mark Stay over the dried rubber cement ensures that the line will stay put even with all the water and vibrations from my machines.

strong chemical smell dries too fast
Dries too fast by the time I paint a small portion the brush gets stuck because the wax gets dry fast. Only half full and the smell is strong. I returned. Seller very helpful.

When sawing or grinding glass
This is a lifesaver! When using a ring saw almost every type of marker or paint pen washes or vibrates off when sawing glass. By using this over my markings, I can see the markings and they stay on until I remove them.

Does not stay on!
This product says it will stay on when grinding and cutting with a glass saw. Well, I applied a little the first time I used it right after I got it, and it came right off. So the next time...right after that...I applied it liberally and it still washedy paint pen and sharpie pen marks right away when I was cutting glass with my ring saw. I bought two containers of this as I had been trying to find a product that would not wash away my pen marks. I had heard that this product was good, so I bought some. I was quite disappointed.
