This is exactly what I was looking for. This book is not meant to be for GC's, this is just to get an idea and to create "estimates" for "Residencial repairs & remodeling costs". The text is big and spacious which makes it easy to find the treads you need.

My fiance recently started his own business and this book is like the bible. He refers to it several times a day!
