Good value
I bought these to use with a shade cloth in the yard, makes it easy to take up and down as needed. The finish is good and all the hinges work. Nice product.

These are very sturdy carabiners for their size. The hinge mechanism works well and they close automatically.

Worked great
I used these to attach my flags to the poles.They are strong and work great for this purpose.Also like that they don't rust!

Appeared to be good quality, but did not last long
I purchased these for use on a 6 foot flag pole that is mounted at a 45 degree angle off the front of my deck. They were replacing some very cheap, thin, aluminum ones that came with the flagpole. While these did last longer than the aluminum ones, they still wore out very quickly - in about 6 weeks.The metal is softer than any stainless steel I am used to dealing with. Where the clips rubbed against the connector on the flagpole, it literally just wore away from the rubbing/friction. In the attached pictures, this clip has only been in use for a little over a week, in moderate (10 - 15 mph) winds and you can see the wear and tear already starting.

Essential Stainless Steel Clips...No Rust...Safe For Animals Cages
Wow...the price was right when I purchased this pack of 4 a few weeks ago! This is a high quality of stainless steel used for clipping links of chain together or like I have used them to secure a stainless steel grill on top of my parrot's cage using 2 on each side which works perfectly as they are about 2" long. These stainless steel clips are essential to anyone who owns a parrot! They are also great to hang bird toys with...no rust!

Use them to MODIFY a quick release system for my hanging Mason Jar lights for high winds....
We have just built our forever little red barn house and have done pathway lights and lighting thru out my garden with Mason Jar lights on Shepard Hooks. I designed a "Quick Release System" using these SS Snap Hooks. We live in an area where we frequently have very high winds. When that occurs, it takes no time to take my Mason Jar lights down so that don't get damaged due to the winds. I also use them along with short lengths of chain and eye hooks to do a tie down system for my porch swing when high winds or storms occur.
