My Little Pony Favorite Collection (Friendship is Magic)

I can't give this collection a 5-star rating, although I'd love to. Just because it's Pony merch. As a hardcore Brony dude I've become obsessed and want to give all things Pony 100%. But I can't for this. The actual box the ponies came in was kind of scuffed like it had been booted around the warehouse a couple times before boxing it up. The ponies inside were fine, thank Celestia.I LOVE the assortment of ponies that came in this set. Derpy? I bought this FOR Derpy! Mostly; she's so cute! I needed Queen Chrysalis badly too. Loved those episodes with the Changelings. Other background ponies are in this set as well and I love them. (Lyra Heartstrings and Lyrica Lilac) Diamond Tiara is here too! I know she's not a nice little pony, but she is so cute. I'm glad she came with this set, I'm just not sure why she came with it. Then of course we have Cadance and Shining Armour! Armour's hair is like troll's hair, be warned it will "shed" if handled roughly. All ponies' manes are sort of sloppy, another reason for 4 stars.Hope you enjoy.

These ponies are not as good of quality as other pony sets I've gotten, e.g. I can see seams on the body of some and Lyrica Lilac's accessories and Chrysalis's 'saddle' are painted on. Chrysalis, Diamond Tiara and Lyrica Lilac have paper crowns instead of plastic ones and the way it was packed made the hair crazy on a few of them. There are also long strands in the manes and tails that I trimmed to make more even. I'm a collector, though I don't keep them mint in the box, so I notice these types of things. However, I think most kids wouldn't care about those small criticisms and would probably love this set for Derpy and Chrysalis (which is why I got it in the first place).

These ponies were a hit on Christmas morning! Not quite as a big a hit for me when trying to get them out of the package. This might be the most frustrating packaging of all time. There was bloodshed and swearing (in my head, it was Christmas after all). Cute ponies though. She was able to play with them after I had them free 20 minutes later.

Given as a surprise birthday gift "off list" to my daughter who is turning 11. It had all of the MLP she's been wanting individually but we couldn't find. She loves this entire set and hasn't stopped playing with it in over a week. This gift, as all MLP, is definitely a staple of childhood. It's perfect for collectors and children who want to simply play with their favorite Friendship is Magic characters alike.

My daughter loves MLP:FIM and adores these mini pony sets that she can carry around in a tin lunchbox and have adventures with. She acts out her favourite episodes and makes up new adventures. MLP has been her #1 requested toy for Christmas/Birthdays for the past 3 years and she still loves them so it helps that the "mini" sets are so durable. Mom bonus: no tangled frizzy hair messes like the full size ones.

Whats up with the paper crown/ tiara.Otherwise a lovely gift.

Awesome Collection! My daughter and two of her best friends received this collection for Christmas and they all say its their favorite present! For a My Little Pony fan, this is the ultimate gift. She's played with it every day since she received this.
