Metro 2033 RUSSIAN Language Edition

Excellent story and atmosphere, just like the game, which I only played half-way but will go back after I finish reading 2033. This book is very well written, too--as Russian authors are usually known for their rich, descriptive story-telling. The book that I got was the hard cover version. A rather non-standard shape, but very sturdy. Definitely recommend if you can read Russian--can't speak for the English version, though, as Russian is my 2nd native tongue (English is my third language). All in all, it's so captivating that I plan on reading the whole trilogy.

Amazing book, by far one of my favourite reads

The first book was good. Written a bit clumsily but still good. Really felt like I was in post-apocalyptic Moscow. It's a shame can't say the same for Metro 2035.

I bought the Russian version by accident after picking the hardcover option on the English paperback. Paper is really thin and cheap as well so it's not even good as a standard book. I was denied a refund and told i took too long even tho i emailed and called immediately when i got it.

Der Kauf war als Geschenk gedacht (kann selber leider kein kyrillisch lesen). Also erstmal ist das Hardcover super schön gestaltet und wirkt sehr wertig. Zur Handlung kann ich nicht ganz so viel sagen - ich hab allerdings das Videospiel gespielt und mal bei Audible reingehört - dort wusste die düstere und dystopische Handlung echt zu überzeugen. Der Beschenkte konnte noch anmerken, dass Vorwissen hinsichtlich der Geographie bzw. des Stadtbildes Moskaus auf jeden Fall nicht verkehrt ist, weil mit Namen und Orten nur so um sich geworfen wird ;)

Acheté pour offrir. Le prix n'est pas donné mais il est concordant aux prix du marché, d'autant plus que la couverture est rigide ! Le format du livre n'est pas usuel, il est beau mais assez lourd et grand, difficile pour le transport..Mais pour une lecture à domicile/occasionnelle, ça devrait aller)

Une superbe œuvre présente ici dans une belle édition langue originale, a lire absolument pour tout ceux aimant les romans remplis de mystère et faisant réfléchir a la condition humaine.
