There ok but better units only dollars away
First I'd like to state that despite the low stars I'm actually satisfied with this product. Please ignore other claimes that this doesn't support cardboard. Though a qr code doesn't come with the product a quick online search will yeild results, though minorly inconvenient. Any VR headset like this design can be configured to cardboard and gives a qr code that can be saved incase recalibration is needed. So this does support cardboard people its just a lot more of a headache since the manufacturer didn't wanna take the time to print qr codes.I have only seen 3d passive screens (theater and home), 3d screens without glasses and a very brief demo of Samsung's VR with the s6. And will compare it to thoseCons: very uncomfortable on the nose, had to place small folded up tissue on my cheek bones to take pressure off my nose for long viewing, where the Samsung VR fit like a dream and could wear the whole demo comfortirbly. No qr code which makes cardboard a pain to set up (though I bought this mainly for sbs stereo scopic 3d movies)Straps don't adjust a whole lot.Limited focus, you can adjust the image by moving the lenses side by side, bit you can't adjust the focus. This makes viewing sbs content on larger phones thats not being ran through cardboard can't be adjusted for viewing. This is the biggest issue with this head set, find one with binocular style focus like the Samsung VR.Pros: very light as compared to the Samsung.Lenses provide clear imageSuction cups work well, both my LG f7 and my gf moto g fit and don't move around while the case is closed. The ventilation on the front of the case keeps the phone cool and the vents under the eyes keeps lenses from fogging, though it lets a little light in on the eye vents its not enough to ruin 3d viewing, if anything it adds a theater like effect for movies.Keep away from amyheadsets with the mini controllers, use a better Bluetooth controller. The few VR and 3d games I found are fun but most that require a gamepad needs dual analog, don't spend a few extra bucks for a controller that won't work with 3d games. Overall happy just wish I woulda coughed up a few extra bucks for a model with focus.

Worthless without QR code!
The quality of the product is decent but the QR code included in the box is not valid. Without it the unit is virtually worthless. I have tried to use several different QR codes but none so far work. They all seem to use an extremely short distance from the lenses to the phone screen of 35mm to 42mm when the actual distance is 62mm.When you leave the phone mount open about 20mm the image becomes sharp. There are sites that try to charge you extra for a QR code to make this headset work but don't waste your money. Either you get the right QR code or buy another viewer that actually works.

Good for the money.
First off, this is a plastic case for your phone. Anyone complaining about the field of view, etc. must be joking. It's not an Oculus Rift. To think you would get anything comparable for this price is absurd. That being said, this product works great as an intro VR viewer to use with your smartphone. My only complaint is that it did NOT have a qr code to pair it with the Cardboard app, but I was able to find one online and it works great. I would highly recommend it for the price.

Needs improvement
I appreciate the sturdiness compared to the cardboard version (I tried before but it fell apart after about an hour of use (velcro ripped paper off)) but it has its own issues that need to be resolved to be practical.1 - I have a 5" Nexus 5 phone which is pretty close to average for most smart phones and the screen sits much too far from the lenses to be immersive. The screen looks like a small square in the middle of your vision, there are huge gaps on each side and even gaps between the foam and cover that let light through. Not really VR if it's just a screen that moves the camera with the gyro, needs to mount phone much closer to the lenses.2 - It's pretty heavy, I couldn't imagine wearing it for more than a couple of minutes without feeling fatigued by it.3 - The nose enclosure is hard plastic and not very large, I have an average (if not below) sized nose and it weighs on the bridge with its sharp edge, it should be larger or just open altogether with some padding on it as well.Much more sturdy than the cardboard ones but much worse viewing experience, not worth twice the price.

Surprisingly better than the oneplus cardboard 2
Surprisingly better than the oneplus cardboard 2.0 i received for the live event. This unit has pretty good clarity and is comfortable to use for longer durations. Fit my nexus 6 (the reason i bought it) easily, and fits my new note 5 fine as well. its really not very portable, but its definitely better than the cardboards i've used. Lense focus is mostly very clear, but i wish it could be adjusted. The eye width adjustments are not too helpful for me, and i have a wide IPD. Recommended if you want to play with cardboard. I would have rated it a 4 if it was about 15$ as its value vs function would be ideal. For the 25$ asking price, its just not that good.

Phone falls off all the time
Cheap build for the price, even compared to other VR viewers from the same manufacturer. The way this one works (or hopes to work) is by using multiple tiny suction cups to hold gheir phone I'm place. But the phone always falls off and the cups make markings on the back of the phone. It is more comfortable to wear with all the foam padding towards the face but what's the use of that of the phone can't stay in place. I'm returning both units I bought.
