It was inexpensive and I felt worth the risk. That said, it did not work for me. I was attempting to find an alternative to a cpap for mild-moderate sleep apnea. The unit does not deliver adequate airflow, in fact I found it difficult to tell if the unit was even powered on. The unit will not last for the needed 8 hours, I'm guessing it would last 4 hours on a full charge. The unit would not stay in the nose, granted I am a rough sleeper and nose sizes vary. All in all, I would recommend this product for apnea or snoring alternatives. Gave two stars due to the affordability, like I said I felt it was worth the risk to try.

Both my wife and I tried to use this device and will never know if it would work or not because it is so poorly designed it wouldn't stay in place for more than a couple minutes without falling out. The lower center of the bottom of your nose hits the main unit preventing the silicon nostril inserts from going into your nasal passages enough for it to hold on and stay in place for even a short time. It either needs a small deep "V" in the Unit itself so your nose doesn't stop it from getting closer or the Silicon nasal parts need to be longer. But as it is mad now it just does not work at all!!

Plain and simple: it does not work. I do have a big nose. But I also I think that it was naive to think that a small device could replace a 600 USD CPAP.

Could not keep the unit in my noes. I put the silicone as far into my nose as possible and it would not stay in. Battery didn't last the whole night either. I only got 4-5 hours on a charge.

Waste of money, fan has little power and falls out of my nose

So far has not helped much if at all I do have a dry throat all night so drinking more water during the night. Battery will not last all night and I only sleep 6 hours.
