Loud, and never stops running.
Runs, and runs, and runs... Even after putting my console into rest mode, the fan runs. The original fan would slow down when the console was sitting for a while. This replacement just runs and runs. And, it's considerably louder. Loud enough to be annoying. Wish I would have know this before taking the whole thing apart... 😑
