Good toasted sesame oil, best per-ounce cost right now
If you cook anything with toasted sesame oil, this is the one to get. Although these large bottles are expensive, you get a lot more sesame oil for the money compared to the small 5-ounce bottles at the supermarket. A 1.25 quart (40 oz.) at just under $20 (as of this writing) is about $0.50/oz. That's about half the per-ounce cost compared to the small bottles (which I usually see for around $5; some are even more).This had a distinct sesame flavor, which is what I wanted. Don't use this as a frying oil; there are refined sesame oils (with a lot less sesame flavor) for that purpose. This is best used as a finishing oil or in dressings and sauces.Kikkoman makes quality stuff. Their soy sauce is also my go-to.

Excellent product, far less expensive to buy the large bottle than the small ones. Toasted sesame oil is a must have for Asian cooking, of which i do a fair bit of.
