I recently tried this edge control, and I’m absolutely impressed! It provides a strong, long-lasting hold without any flakiness, keeping my edges sleek all day. The non-greasy formula feels light and doesn’t weigh my hair down, which is a huge plus. I love that it’s easy to apply and a little goes a long way. While the scent is a bit strong at first, it fades quickly and doesn’t linger. My only minor issue is that it can make my edges feel slightly stiff, but I prefer that to them reverting back. Overall, this edge control is a game-changer and has quickly become a must-have in my hair care routine!

This smells sooo good to me, the scent lasts forever in my hair.. However, i don’t think it has the “extra hold” it claims on the front. I’ve been having to constantly reapply this over and over again to my passion twists. My hair is thick, and all this does is add to the frizz a little, which leads to the twists not being able to really HOLD the way i want. I have to use other edge control to assist instead. I do love how it’s not messy though, this has a GREAT smooth texture to it, that & the scent is the best part. Unfortunately, it doesn’t hold for me, and that was my main tackle, no matter how long i wait to let it dry. I nearly emptied the little jar in a month with the amount of times i had to reapply this to my hair, & i’m a protective style type so i’m really firm with not having to constantly touch my hair unless i’m oiling it, this sort of jar would’ve (typically) lasted me 2 to 2.5 months maybe longer than that when it comes to light touching up with protective styles. I suppose another plus would be—it doesn’t flake much either, even after it has dried up and it’s been weeks, they’ll be very mild flakes. This would be 5stars if I thought it was actually strong.

I have locs that needed re twisting and I was looking for a product that would do well and hold up. This is that product. It was a great comfortable price.
