## Questions & Answers

**Q: will the item remove top layers of concrete on exposed aggregate?**
A: I used this product in a different application. Overall it's takes a lot of the product to remove a very thin layer of concrete.

**Q: Will this work on cement mixture that was spilled on carpet**
A: It will but it will just dissolve the hard stuff into a mush and you’ll still have to get all of that out of the fibers. There could also still be some staining and you will have to use something else to get the stains out.

**Q: Will this work for concrete that’s under fingernails?**
A: Not 100% sure but it immediately took it off the paint on my car.

**Q: Parents had basement walls rebuilt; cement is now on basement old style floor tiles. Will this remove the cement without damaging the floor?**
A: I used it on my vehicle and it didn't harm the paint. I would think floor tiles would be more durable than paint. I would try it on a small, inconspicuous spot first. It did take all the cement off my vehicle.
