I have spent years trying to recreate or find an authentic Indian Chai product, even with ingredients at my own stove I cant make it as delicious and satistying as this.It is truly wonderful, creamy, warming, tasty and a delight day or night.I know it was launched as a "grab-from-the-fridge" product, but I think theyve missed a trick, I love it warm in a huge china mug, morning noon and night, and would buy it in larger cartons as a home essential.....or even intravenously :-D

Given that I don't always have the time to make a homemade cup of chai, I've tried many of the pre-mixed and concentrate options. By far this is the closest I have found to the real thing. Excellent taste and right spice mix (so many of the other brands get it wrong and overdo the cinnamon). Only wish they had a lower-cal or alternative milk version with oat instead of cow's milk!

I really enjoyed the flavour of this milk tea, i could definitely taste the different spices. The only downside i find is the price per unit for a 250ml pack each I find it quite pricey?

I fell in love with chai during a trip to India, and this is the closest to that authentic taste that I've found. I tried making my own from scratch but just couldn't seem to get it quite right. This is a real treat. The masala variety is my favourite - really good spice kick - but the others are good too. Definitely better heated.

Saw the advert of this on instagram and bought it straight away. I'm so glad as its just as I had imagined, but 100x more tasty. It tastes like authentic Indian chai - having just travelled to Kerela and drunk masala chai there, I can't tell the difference. The product is made from real Kerelan tea leaves so that may be why! I'm loving it drunk straight from a chilled carton, and I'm excited to try some recipes on their website soon!

From the moment you open this lid in the carton to the last sip, all the feels of having a warm or cold masala tea at home with my family. The smell of the Masala Tea and taste is spot on! Cant believe you able to recreate this into a carton. Drinking either warmed up or over ice it does the job! Will definitely be ordering again!

This has been cheaply made and it is very watery with a weak taste of tea. You can barely taste the spices and it's not much better when it is heated up. I bought a whole case of this and it is such a massive waste but they don't stock it in Sainsbury's like they say they do.

My daughter introduced me to this delicious tasting drink, which is now a firm favourite with the whole family. It is equally delicious either hot or cold.Buying in trays of 14 works well as it’s easy to store and I know there is always a good supply in the house!
