This product was recommended to me. When I tell you that I have 0 hot flashes now I can't believe it. I took this for a month before I saw a result, but it is well worth it.

This product is nothing short of AMAZING!!! My hot flashes were out of control to say the least. It was to the point where I didn’t want to leave the house because I was constantly dripping wet. I have very thick curly hair and before an episode ended my hair would be soaked like I just got out of the shower. We live in upstate New York, where it gets very cold. I would take my coat off as soon as we got into the car and generally keep it off and carry my coat around with me “ just in case” I got cold. I never got cold... At night, I would wake up, if I could sleep and change my night gown because it was drenched in sweat. I was also having severe cramping, like I was literally doubled over in pain and nothing was cutting it. I am beyond grateful for this product!! My hot flashes have stopped completely, as well as my cramping. I have also been sleeping so much better. My family has also noticed that my moodiness has stopped. ( I will admit, they are right, lol). These pills work wonders!!! They smell aweful, but are the absolute BEST thing I have used for menopause.

I have been using Staying Cool since the beginning of September 2016. This product has worked very well for me. Stopped the hot flashes by 95%! I noticed a difference within the first month. I take them religiously every night after dinner. I have purchased 7 bottles not missing a day. I still get a few hot flashes at 4:00am in the morning, but they are not severe. No sweating - just a strong heat wave. My only concern is the look and the ingredients have changed on my last order. I have emailed Eu Natural, waiting for a reply. I hope the product will continue to work.UPDATE!! I have 3 doses left in my bottle with the "new/changed" formula. I have noticed my skin itching in certain areas over the past 1 1/2 weeks. I couldn't figure out why. So, I started my research. The only thing that has changed in my daily regimen is the New formula of Staying Cool and I added the Vibrance product from Eu Natural as well. When researching what can cause skin itching from Natural Supplements, 4 things came up, Vitamin D (Cholecalciferol) being one of them. These two products have 2000IU and 4000IU of Vitamin D per serving. I found this on the Livestrong.com website: " According to the University of Maryland Medical Center website, the recommended daily allowance for adults is 600 IU. If you combine a 1,000 IU vitamin D dose with other dietary sources, you can conceivably ingest too much, and you might find yourself itching."The "older" formula of Staying Cool had 400IU per serving. That is a huge difference in dosage. The new formula still keeps the Hot Flashes to a minimum but the itching is keeping me up during the night. Please Eu Natural, go back to the old formula!.

I've been having horrible night sweats as I blaze my way into menopause... I was hoping these would "take the edge off" a bit for me, but after trying them (after 2 orders), I'm not seeing much difference. I DO like that they have all kinds of other beneficial vitamins/minerals that can't be wrong! I will take a break after this bottle is finished and see if I get WORSE. If I do, I'll buy them again. If I remain status quo, then I probably won't buy them again.

I taken this and I have less sweats. Sometimes none. Every one is different but it works for me.Love it

I tried these for sweating but didnt help that much. I 72 yrs old and sweating profusely when i wake up in the morning or when i do household chores. The only thing that happened is.. my breast got heavy and sore. The nipples were unbelievable pointed and burning. So i would not suggest taking these
