I wouldn't class them as heavy duty , a bit small , gate latch was fine , had to put better quality screws in the hinges, came with short screws , but not too bad for the price , but dont hang a big gate with these you will need bigger ones

Ideal for gates exactly what was expected only thing I would say is use better screws these are very soft so will round off easy

great for the price but not for a large gate

Bought this kit to build a new gate at the front path to my property. The hinges are fine but the auto catch is so poorly made I've just had to salvage the one off the old gate. The problem is where the bar angles then straightens to fit into the catch mechanism. The angle (at least on the one I received) wouldn't allow the catch to close, despite it being properly fitted.

Made a small gate in the fence outside me house and these were ideal as you get three and the latch as well.
