Works great
I was skeptical buying a random battery for my dell but it works great. My husband installed it and said it was easy to install if you know how to do that sort of thing. Can’t speak too much on the quality because I’ve not had it too long, but so far so good!

Money well spent to make my laptop feel new again
I was considering getting a new laptop because the battery would only last an hour. I decided to look up getting a new battery. I found this battery and pulled the trigger. It took about 5 minutes to remove the screws, and another minute to swap the batteries with just one small connector. Now my laptop lasts over 5 hours on a single charge like it did when new. A great value.

Worked In My Dell But Doesn't Stay Charge As Long as Advertised
It worked well and fitted perfectly in my Dell Inspiron and it seemed to be recognized by the BIOS after a 2nd reboot. Apparently Dell sells you their junk laptops that are unreliable and then has no parts for them. Its not even a 2y old laptop and you can't even get a battery or any parts I've needed from them that are new so you end up having to get a non-dell one third party. (Maybe not such a bad thing). I've had to buy both power supplies and batteries from 3rd party. Its always up in the air as to if what you get on Amazon will work or if its safe. This works so far, and if its still working after a few months then I'll upgraded the rating. Time will tell if it will last and is decent quality.

Replacement battery for a Dell Inspiron touchscreen that is heavily used
The battery on my daughters laptop (she is a pre-med student) and is on her computer around 16-17 hours a day and the original battery lasted for over 3 years and the battery died and we had to replace. Replacing the battery is pretty hard in the sense that the battery is placed right below the keyboard of the laptop. You need to have really good plying (we used a piece of thin plastic) to pry open the bottom cover of the laptop. Once opened it was a piece of cake installing the battery.

Battery was as advertised, on time, and functional
Taking the cover off was a bit difficult, especially as there was one stripped screw (from the factory! grrr). But this is a Dell thing, not anything to do with WDXOR. This will take someone with at least a moderate confidence in disassembling electronic equipment (and perhaps a penchant for watching how-to videos on YouTube) to tackle this task. Overall, I'd say I completed the task in roughly 15 minutes. And the machine has been rock solid since.Would I buy this battery again? From this vendor? Yes, I would.

Fit is perfect
To recycle the battery take the old one to any Home Depot.... Box for disposal is near the return area. No charge to dispose. They have this because so many power tools use lithium batteries.

Horrible battery!
It doesn't last at all! I end up using my iPad because its battery lasts 24 hours, this one only last 3 hours. It's annoying! It says I have 30% of my battery but I open a window and then my laptop dies because it doesn't have any battery! The transition from 30% to 0% should be smoother!

It helped some
It helped some, but hard to install. Not the batteries fault, just the way the laptop was constructed.
