I bought this primarily as a college backpack because my Jansport was ripping under the weight of my books, and secondarily because I want to use it as a carry-on in a few months.I've purchased more expensive backpacks, and they weren't as comfortable as this one. The entirety of the straps and yoke are padded, so no pinching or biting into my neck and shoulders. I especially like the charging port...I can hook it up to my battery pack and charge devices without having to unpack anything. I do wish it had a couple more small pockets on the outside, but it holds 3 to 4 classes of college work at a time, a lunch bag, tons of pens and pencils, calculator, water bottle, umbrella, etc. Padded lumbar is also zippered, convenient for wallet, passport or whatever. Both large compartments are extremely roomy, the laptop area significantly padded, and the smaller compartments hold quite a bit as well (I currently have snacks, a graphing calculator, candy, gum, Kleenex, and extra socks stuffed in the larger of the two smaller compartments). I DO wish that the smaller zippered areas had two zippers each, so I could open just the top instead of unzipping the whole thing, but that's minor.One warning, which I learned the hard way.....if your bag is loaded and the double zippers are open too far.....the whole thing will open in half and dump on the ground. Not a big deal, more embarrassing than anything, but just make sure you zip the big compartments fully before throwing it on your shoulder, or you'll be ready for TSA inspection.....all over the floor.Ok, two warnings.....having so much space, you will be tempted to fill all of it. I can tell you right now that you will not be able to lean back against a hallway wall without impeding traffic, or fit into a standard toilet stall without some effort. Maybe not so much an issue when used as a traveling backpack, but on campus I had to resist temptation to fit every single binder inside, simply because I could. The backpack can hold the weight. However, you now have the depth of a Galapagos tortoise.

I have a large laptop and wanted to be sure it would fit into the backpack. It does and so does my lunch bag and purse, and a full sized keyboard. I could add a lot more to it too. It's probably a little bigger than I needed. And, it's a bit heavy after I add all the items I drag around with me, but I'm not complaining. I'm looking forward to using it as my small suitcase when I go on vacation in a few weeks. Very pleased with it. It's really comfortable, even when full of things.

I wanted something to protect my Alienware 17r5 laptop and hold 2-3 days of clothes while traveling. The laptop does fit into the dedicated laptop sleeve but very snuggly. I would say it wouldnt fit anything any larger. Sorry, but I didn't measure my laptop to share, although dimensions are online. The section between that laptop sleeve and the rest of the bag could house a larger laptop but then wouldnt be as padded or protected.If you pack carefully you should be able to pack 3 days of clothes along with personal items. Definetly a good bag for a mobile vr solution or gaming +proprietaries(console, controllers, keyboards, headsets ect)

The area where you're supposed to put the laptop? Holds my Alienware M18x snugly. The storage compartment easily swallows a 17" MSI laptop I have, plus both chargers (which are large items themselves), and has plenty of space for mice, cables, etc...Bear in mind, if you do that, it gets very heavy. but it can be done. Truthfully, unless you're filling it with feathers, it'll probably get too heavy to lift before it gets full.

I purchased this backpack for my grandson, who is a junior in high school. It is the perfect size and holds evrything that he needs. This backpack also is great for weekend overnighters. Great buy.

The bag is really good and delivery time is so fast. I did not expect that bag would be price worthy and best quality. I would suggest to go with this bag, if u guys were looking for the back pack.You will never regret buying this bag I swear

I wanted a large backpack and this one is amazing, it has several large pockets to hide things and it feel like a thick material for longevity. Zippers are smooth and don’t get caught up. I’m very happy with my purchase.

I used this for a weekend trip and got everything inside this bag and I carried it on the plane with me. This is made well it is very rugged and design was great as well for easy to get to zipper comparnment for tickets and passes. I would recommend this product.
