This is so delicious! I simply add some to hot water & drink it as a simple broth. Same quality as restaurants. Super simple to make and very satisfying. Added it to my subscribe and save. I imagine this could be used in recipes, though I haven't tried that.

As an Asian senior citizen, I can say that this miso tastes great. The squeeze bottle makes it easy to dispense into soups and onto freshly cooked ramen noodles. It is delicious and the shelf life is good when stored in the refirgerator. I ahev bought this miso several times and consider it a good value.

Easy miso broth!

I absolutely LOVE this stuff! I ordered a second bottle to keep at work. I add a pinch of wakame, sometimes sliced green onions, mushrooms, or whatever I feel like, but the soup is good on its own too. I currently have gastritis and it’s perfect for sipping. I will always keep a bottle of this on hand. It takes just minutes to make and it tastes as good as any I’ve had in a restaurant!

Very easy to use and really delicious. It’s impossible to mess this up. Even when I’m half asleep, I can warm water and squirt some of this in a pot. Add some veggies, tofu or seaweed and you’ve got a delicious savory meal. I’m most impressed by the superior restaurant quality flavor of such an easy to use product. Just ordered another bottle!
