All of zaytoun's oil is extra virgin, first cold pressed, organically grown and fairly traded. Zaytoun's suppliers source the oil from cooperatives in the areas of salfit, tulkarem, nablus, jenin and the galilee. This product is fairly traded, is organic and is vegan.
