People are commenting on misleading information about caffeine, and I initially felt this way, but there is nothing hidden or misleading about this product. It is a health product about which they cannot make certain claims, but I did a little research beyond a basic web search about diet supplements and found that a study showed green coffee bean extract benefits are about blood sugar balance, lower blood pressure, and smaller waist circumference. So I was about to send it back because I wanted a stimulant for weight loss, but I'm keeping it because I want to a healthier blood sugar metabolism and better waistline.I think a lot of people bought into general weight loss hype and then chose this product based on OTHER products' hype and were disappointed when it was just a health supplement without being a stimulant. I say we should research the benefits of green coffee bean extract from an actual study, not just caffeine content/stimulant effects and not just a company's promotion of a product. I learned my lesson after purchase.Pros:Good value.Good health benefits for blood sugar and blood pressure.Can be combined with caffeine for possible weight loss results and smaller waistline than without it.Better blood sugar-control means better craving-control and sustained energy (fewer ups and downs due to blood sugar issues).Cons:Did NOT blend, will have to put in capsules.Did not like the flavor. Very bark-like.Why 5 stars?I feel like this product is basic but delivers at a great value. There is nothing wrong with the product, packaging, or representation. It is exactly what they say it is at a great price.

I received my first bag of this stuff from BulkSuppliments for free because I have bought other stuff from them in the past. All they asked was that I review it.Well, I was pleasantly surprised. I started using this in my afternoon tea instead of drinking coffee as a pick me up. Stuff works real well. I don't measure it out, just kind of dump a healthy amount into my tea and stir. It has a sour taste to it that will alter the taste of your tea but it's fine to me. I would suggest you use a light tea compared to a dark tea.Definitely gives you that "coffee" feeling pick me up although it is a bit slower to kick in than black coffee. Once it kicks in it stays with you for awhile and the come down is not harsh like black coffee's is. Much more mild and easy to work with. I have since ordered my second bag of Green Coffee Bean powder. Highly suggest it if you need an afternoon kick but you want to steer away from traditional black coffee.

Has a good taste and may be beneficial to help in weight loss, only time will tell.

I like what the company is all about. I cant say for sure that these are pure but the package says no fillers and that seems to be true. They all seem to dissolve well in water and you get what you are after. I was buying supplements at the store and they just have so much other crap in them that is not needed. Just give what I came to buy....No frills... No fancy Package... Just what you need at a good price.The green Coffee bean powder will sometimes clump up on me, but with a little shaking it usually mixes ok and seems to give me a little boost (not a whole lot, I dont take much) and seems to curb my appetite for a while.My only complain is the zipper on some of these does not close well and I have had to put in a separate bag but not that big of a deal.

Supposedly Caffeine content in this is 2.5 to 5% depending on the batch. Lets calculate 2.5 to 5 percent of 1 serving. So 800 x 5% = 40mg.So basic math tell us 20mg to 40mg caffeine per serving. Thats 1/3 tsp scope.Wish they gave us a more accurate content...A cup of coffee is about 95mg caffeine.So triple the dosage, is 1 tsp. That would have u drinking 60 to 120mg of caffeine.

I love how finely ground it is, the other brand I had been using was much coarser.... which translates to this being more potent too.The flavor isn't bad, and it is ground so fine you can even just add it to flavored water if you want. I usually put it in a clear fruit protein powder shake in the morn. Great energy boost but not jittery like regular coffee.I really really wish it was organic, but I can't fault it for that since I knew that going in.If you read this though, Bulk Supplements, please find a way to offer this product in organic! Would be thrilled.

I got this to mix into drinks for my hubby who hates the taste of coffee (he likes green coffee drinks just fine). I don't know how anyone makes drinks from green coffee extract, but it's not from this powder! It turns to unusable goop when wet. I tried making a roux, tried directly mixing it in small quantities... Tried warm water first... I had to strain it out each time. And it doesn't want to let me return it when I try.I looked up various recipes for green coffee drinks at home and they recommended a powder like this - must've been a different one or I just fail but this is too high maintenance for my preference!
