I was really excited to get some nice-looking earphones with great sound quality, as the reviews suggest. However, I was very disappointed to find that the sound quality is not great. Everything sounds much better on my headphones, and on the previous set of earbuds that I had lost. Those earbuds were only $6 too. Don't invest in these unless you only care about the look of the earbuds.Update: I ended up returning them after trying them for a few days. The accessories were probably the best part of the purchase. I especially liked the earhooks that kept them in my ears, but the sound quality was not worth it for me.Update: The company contacted me and sent me another pair of earbuds. I was strongly suggested to use the earbuds with the ear hooks for better sound quality. I can't tell if the ear hooks make a large difference, but this pair is definitely better than the previous pair I received. I assume the last pair I got was just defective.Update: I didn't realize that Elsa from Linklike's customer service was sending me a separate shipment of just earhooks from AHA STYLE. The earhooks definitely make a huge difference! The sound quality is much improved, and I have no complaints anymore.

Very nice earbuds, definitely an upgrade from the stock ones that may have come with your phone or pod. Nice definition in all the ranges, and they also sound great with a tube amp on (which is not the case for most buds I've owned). The shape fits perfect in my average sized ears with the extended covers on them, and don't move around at all. I'd expect the smaller rubber covers would work great for smaller ears. They're obviously not designed for noise cancellation, but if your listening to music at regular levels, you won't likely hear people talking near you. The mic picks up more low end in a voice than you'd expect which is nice, and the buttons are seperated nicely and have unique enough differences in their feel to tell them apart easily, in lieu of having one long connected button. It's quite obvious which button you have selected by the feel.Overall I would definitely recommend them. 👍

I was so excited to get this product. I plugged it into my laptop and I got sound, but the volume up, down and pause buttons, DO NOT WORK. I plugged them into my phone. I got sound. The volume up, down and pause button DO NOT WORK! I am so disappointed. I decided to pay more ESPECIALLY FOR THIS FUNCTION. I could have gotten a cheaper headphone that did not have the volume remote, but chose this one because the reviews said it was awesome. I don’t know if a received a defective one, but I will be returning.UPDATE!!!!I was contacted by the seller who apologized that this product did not work for me. She offered to send me a different product to try and by the next day, the new product arrived as promised. I would give this seller 5 stars for going the extra mike to resolve issues with their products and I would especially like to thank Elsa for her great customer service. I am changing my overall experience to 4 stars, because the new product did work, but the sound quality could be better. However, I would definitely recommend this seller, as they do their best to give a great customer service experience to anyone who buys their product. Thanks Elsa!

This is a great sound quality and noise cancellation, but I had a lot of difficulty wearing since I have have small ears- it got to be extremely painful if I would wear them anywhere longer than 30mins, which I do for long phone calls and music.However, after leaving a review that was indicative of these negative feelings, I was contacted by Linklike and they discussed with me some options that would work better for my fit, and were able to help me in getting a pair of earbuds that worked out perfectly for me—the same great level of sound quality, microphone noise cancellation, and now with the added comfort of actually fitting in my ears.

I just received them in the mail today and the headphones sound pretty good but none of the buttons work. Also the mic doesnt work. I tested the mic and made a video using the mic and then I played the sound and the mic seemed to work in the video but then I tested a phone call and the person on the other end said they didnt hear me. They would hear one thing I said but for the most part they didnt hear me.Update: Turns out they didn't work because supposedly the headphones weren't compatible with my phone. (Samsung galaxy a6 plus)They did work for my cousins phone so I guess that shows that the problem wasn't the headphones. The seller was so nice and provided great customer service, first she sent me another pair and then when I told her the buttons and mic still doesn't work, she gave me a refund and told me to keep both headphones, and also offered to send me some bluetooth headphones, on her, and when i told her i didn't want the kind she offered me, i asked for her to send me a different pair of bluetooth headphones and she told me to pick them out and for them to be within $30. I showed her ones that I wanted and I got them in the mail pretty quick and I am using them now and they are great, I love them! The seller pretty much made up for my issue with the headphones. And she did a great job with checking in with me and making sure I was satisfied. Best customer service I experienced with an amazon purchase!

I bought the headphones for my teenage daughter. She loves it very much and wears it everyday. It was easier to use than her airpods ( no need to charge! ), and the sound quality is good. My husband bought one as well to use for conferences when SIP. They both highly recommend the headphones.Unfortunately, my daughter lost one of the covers and was very sad. I reached out to customer service, and just like I read in other reviews, the service was great! They sent me a replacement fast and it works great again!If you're looking for good headphones with prestige customer service, this is it. Look no more.
