The shape of milk frothing jugs appears to be critical for achieving copious and fine froth; this jug has this quality. It’s inside appears to be brushed stainless that has been coated in two pot epoxy but it’s most definitely not teflon. Milk residues from steam frothing are easily cleaned. It can be used on an induction or standard hob but given it’s light metal construction and coating, this could lead to hot spots and burning of parts and the heated medium. It’s solidly made, appears resistant to scratches and given its ideal shape and size for frothing, it represents excellent value for money. Teflon can have it’s drawbacks and I doubt it would be of much benefit if used in this application.

I love this little pitcher. Perfect for one or two lattes. Works with my small coffee machine. Lovely matt finish and great quality item.It it small so if you're frothing bigger quantities of milk, may need a bigger size.

I wish I bought one slightly bigger because this is just barely enough for a small cappuccino for one... I still manage but often it's a tight fit and if the milk foams more sometimes I have to interrupt and pour some out and restart... Excellent little pitcher otherwise

Bought this as a gift for my partners coffee machine. Works really well and a great size for a couple of coffees or just one. Nice and thick so doesn’t burn you but keeps the heat in it well. Like the coating on it and it hasn’t scratched in over a year.

I used this for the first time today and I instantly notice a big difference in the frothing and texture of the milk. I am going to keep practicing so that i become an expert Barista at home.Updated 4 months later:Though the jug still produces good froth on my latte i am disappointed that there rust marks appearing on the jug. They are quite symmetrical in pattern and spoils the look of the jug. I think something like this is designed for looks as well as use. I may have to look for another one soon that doesn’t rust.

Brilliant for my candle making in very small batches. A great small jug

I purchased the 350ml jug and I would recommend the same or bigger as frothing milk will likely to double the height of milk you put in.Overall it has held up well, the picture may be a bit mis leading in finish because they are not a dull looking stainless steel they are shiny.

This jug is very small but enough for 2 people to have a lovely coffee first thing in the morning yummy.
