Q: What size wick do I purchase? The 1/2 inch was too big and the wick that comes with it is terrible

1/2" is what I bought and works fine

I think it says in the description. I think it's 17 or 18 inches.

It is 1/2". To replace wick. Cut into a point and feed in and then cut flat to light.
