Great iron supplement!
This is a great product in my opinion. I use it daily. The tablets melt easily and they have a nice flavor.

BEST WAY TO TAKE IRON 5 STARS ⭐️ ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
These are awesome! They taste like sweethearts. My doctor told me they were invented for bariatric patients who have digestion issues. The best part of taking these: -Little constipation -take with breakfast then done -You don’t have to worry about taking if you’ve drank coffee, tea or dairy which can work against absorption since I drink both all day long. Upon my latest labs, my Ferritin (iron) improved immensely! Bye, bye fatigue and hair loss.

so gentle on the tummy ,..has added vitamin C
I have been diagnosed with low iron since my teen years...so eating a right diet is pertinent to keeping healthy..but also having a reliable vitamin/ iron tablet is just as important...but one thing for me when taking iron supplements my stomach will become in knots like it's painful and I would double over in pain...I know that iron in formula binds up babies..but it also binds up adults as well....I came across this brand years ago searching and searching for a safe iron that's easy to digest...I've used this item for years on and off..I saw that people with bariatric surgeries received issues with digesting their foods and it had to be easy to digest due to the surgery..and so I ordered it,...... I always had to go to the Bariatric site and order from them ages ago..but now because of Amazon...I can order it right here....I am so glad that this is on Amazon , I am so grateful that this item has been manufactured..It is a chewable small tablet that has a nice taste that includes vitamin C for extra absorption.. when I don't always eat enough of the right foods to keep my iron up..I take this supplement..I've had low iron multiple times and anytime I've taken these iron tablets regularly my iron has been in the right range..I take this one every three days..and that's perfect for me..I recommend this..it also has vitamin C which aids in the absorption of the iron into the system.. I am so glad this was created .everyone knows when they react to iron tablets with painful tummies how important it is when you find something that just works .

Iron never tasted so good
Perfect bariatric vitamin, it melts in your mouth. You don’t have to worry about choking on it or swallowing water, which takes up in your stomach. However, an as we get older it does kind of upset your stomach.. best bet is to let it dissolve slowly and follow with some water. It’s always wrong for iron and vitamin C. It also does not taste like iron at all. Just tasty vitamin C tablet that you dissolve slowly in your mouth. It’s actually quite pleasant Sommer said.

Does the job, doesn’t taste that bad, but leaves a weird aftertaste
I’m not a bariatric patient, but these were recommended to me by my OB since I’m anemic this pregnancy. The taste really isn’t that bad. It kind of reminds me of the old chewable Flintstones vitamins I took as a kid. The only problem is it leaves a weird aftertaste and gives me awful tasting burps for an hour or so after taking them. Overall, I do like having dissolvable pills because I hate swallowing big pills. And it seems to be doing the trick. Also, I don’t have any kind of nausea from these, and they seem to be gentle on the stomach. But I might change to another form just to get rid of the aftertaste.

Good for people looking for an alternative to capsules and gummies
These are nicely small and melt easily in my mouth. They have a pleasant citrus taste. If you're someone who doesn't like taking capsules or tablets that you have to swallow whole, this is a really good option. Unlike some Iron gummies I've tried, these Iron melts don't have a metallic aftertaste at all. This may be TMI, but if I take the recommended 3 melts per day plus my multivitamin that has Iron in it, I experience some constipation. But if I limit myself to just my multivitamin with iron plus only 2 of these Iron melts, I don't experience any Iron related constipation. 3 per day may be fine for people with a more serious iron deficiency than I have, or for people who don't take a multivitamin with iron included. These Iron melts seem to be highly effective. When I neglect to take them for a few days, I start experiencing more of the symptoms that led me to start taking an iron supplement in the first place- dizziness when standing and shortness of breath when active. These melts will be my go-to Iron supplement from now on.
