AKOYA Outdoor Essentials 34" Fiber Concrete Outdoor Propane Gas Fire Pit Table Square Bowl in Gray

We purchased this in April to finish decorating our back patio and had it covered throughout the summer and it’s now mid December. We live in Arizona so April is already hot so we never used it until now. First off, the ignition does not hold the fire so as soon as you let go the fire dissipates and just have gas! We kept trying and trying but the fire just does not hold. We contacted the seller and they said we had to flip it upside down to clean a thermo part which means we had to dig out all the rocks (which we did). After all that, we put everything back together again and it still didn’t work and they then sent another email saying that we had to do something else to try and make it work which means we had to dig all the rocks out and do all that again! After the second time it still didn’t work they told us it was out of the 90 day warranty!Secondly, after we uncovered it we noticed the entire thing was covered with cracks everywhere (see pics)! We did not notice the cracks before so I’m not sure what it was or maybe we didn’t look at it that closely. Nevertheless when I contacted the seller they gave me a list of stuff I had to buy from Home Depot to patch all the cracks and sand it and refinish it again. I told them that the entire thing was covered with cracks and this is a brand new product that I had sitting here and it was covered at all times! They basically ignored my concerns and I told them if I wanted to do all that I wouldn’t of spent over $1000 (with matching propane container which is ridiculously priced) and could’ve made my own!This was just a horrible horrible experience and I would urge anyone unless you’re willing to go thru the kind of frustration that I and the others have gone thru STAY FAR AWAY FROM THIS SELLER!!! I can’t imagine his other products would be any good either!!!Spend your $1000 elsewhere because I just bought a modern piece of garbage!They don’t deserve the 1 Star!😤

Do not buy. First off it comes with a metal lid that when you move it or take it off it chips the finish on the firepit! Cheap! 2 months after I bought this fire pit it stopped lighting. We tried everything to get it to work and nothing. I contacted customer service to replace it not just for the non-operational issue, but because of the chipping on finish. They were zero help. They claimed you need to spray the surface with something to keep it from chipping. Cheap! They also basically said it was our fault that it didn't light and that we were doing something wrong.Now this hunk of useless junk is sitting in my garage. I ordered a different fire pit from a different company that actually works.

Awesome fire pit table, we’ll made, looks great, works flawlessly. Substitute lava rock w/cracked glass for a stunning effect. Would highly recommend.
