Excellent company to work with.
Have not used it yet.Before purchasing the pan, I emailed customer service with a question about using it over open fire. Got a fast response, with helpful suggestions. Will be using the pizza pan with flame below, and cooking torch above , for fast cooking and crispy crust. Should be great!

Mediocre and unimpressive. Terrible value for money.
After being on the fence for years, I finally bought one of these to find out if the hype was really deserved.It wasn't. Though my pizza got an okay bake(nothing spectacular), the advertised coating did nothing to prevent sticking, and I had to spend a good five minutes prying my now ruined pie out of the sheet.If anything, the pizza seemed to stick even more than it does to standard low grade aluminium sheets.So much for "ready to use out of the box".
