Nice, good quality and priced right.
I can't say that this is equal to a Israeli bandage, but its a good quality bandage that should get the job done if ever needed (which I pray is never needed) I picked up a few of these and they are quite reasonably priced, I like to keep a few different types of medical kits from ifak's ( individual first aid kits ) for myself and family to tfak's (team first aid kit) for work and for camping and group situations.I will always keep a few Israeli bandages on hand along with these in different sizes, and these will pack down much smaller than the IB for smaller kits.I definitely recommend these, they're priced right and pack down small pick up a few the life you save may be your own or someone you love or a total stranger's doesn't matter.
