It hits at a weird spot. like just on or below the belly button. They should have made it go up just a tad higher to be considered actually high waisted. its kind of an unflattering place for it to sit at, to be honest. but other than that its a cute skirt

I am 5'3". The skirt fit like a tennis skirt on me. I thought it was a little too long on me for swimming and the fabric will be significantly heavy when wet. Sending it back.
