My remote that arrived did not look exactly like this. I purchased this to replace a chewed up (thanks dogs) original remote, and while it physically works there are some annoying flaws. It is very slow and sometimes requires pushing the buttons a couple times to register, the preselected buttons aren’t the same as what I had originally (I had as pictured but not what arrived), and just felt cheap. It worked better than no remote though so it served its purpose.

Looked almost exactly like the remote that came with my Insignia tv. My original remote broke so I ordered this one to replace it. Looks pretty much the same but feels lesser quality (feels a lot lighter) I didn’t really care to much. It worked great at first but just stopped working after a couple of weeks. Gave product 1 stars since item was as described/pictured but didn’t function as should

Worked right away with no special procedure. This feels more durable than the remote that came with our TV. The battery cover wouldn’t stay on out old one and got lost. This one is a little more difficult to use when adjusting the volume because the button is lower profile and your thumb slips off the button. Otherwise way better than the original.

It worked good the first few days and now it doesn’t even turn on doesn’t work anymore I thought it needed new batteries but still didn’t work I wouldn’t recommend

Very happy with the replacement remote for our Insignia Roku TV. In fact, they sent two and we were expecting one. The quality is good enough; and they worked immediately; put the batteries in and go.

I purchased my television a few months ago and the remote that it came with died. Ordered this remote on Amazon and received it the next day. I just put in the batteries and it worked immediately. No pairing necessary. Thank you for saving me from buying another television.

Works perfectly with my Insignia RokuTV. The original that came with the tv was kind of terrible from the beginning— always had to shake it or hit it to make it work. This one honestly feels much higher quality. The buttons don’t feel as loose as the one on the original, and the battery cover stays on much more securely. 10/10 would recommend.
