Bought this for a road trip with a family of 4 all needing to charge some sort of device. This was the best deal for a car charger with more then 2A for each port. My wife states it charges her phone faster then her older single port charger. No one ran out of power on the road thanks to this! Now that we are back from vacation, the 4 port is a bit of overkill for everyday use, my wife only uses the 1 port, but it is still nice to have for our next road trip!

At first this unit was a 5 star to me charged all my device fast but 3-6 months later it started to not work port by port and also made a noise through the radio speakers. Can you guys send me a new one???

Well made, looks good and extremely useful. Charges the GPS, mine and hubby's phones and any other device so the kids can watch movies. Exactly what I was looking for. I bought 2, one for hubby's car too.

I purchased 2 of these a few months ago. Recently, 1 of them started to make a high pitched noise while plugged in, even if no devices are plugged in or charging. It is not unbearable, but very annoying. I have also read other reviews of - SIMILAR - devices (Not this specific product) that said a high pitched noise was a precursor to device failure, and one that overheated and caused a fire. I am not saying that happened with this device, but I didn't want to take any chances. Unplugged and no longer in use. It worked well for a few months.A second note, this is a high amperage charger, but even the highest output plug is not as fast as a Samsung adaptive fast charger for charging Samsung devices. Sadly the Samsung ones are only single USB devices.

Very fast charger but make sure you use a high quality usb cord my cheap one got really hot and didn't work with the charger. I will be buying another.
