The product was exactly as presented and it works with Mega 2560. Is the third similar screen that I buy from different sources, but is the only one which is working. I didn't find the sketch examples or where to ask for them but a library already presented here, MCUFRIEND_kbv is great, it's professionally designed.

Despite the product being advertised as including 12 examples for Arduino, no such information came with the package. Just a single line with a web link to where the info could be found would have been OK. Connecting to a Mega 2560 is ultra simple, but at the cost of losing access to many of the useful ports on the board. Plenty of digital I/O is available, but there is no easy access to any analog, serial, power and reset pins as these are covered by the display. The physical reset button is also covered, leaving disconnecting and reconnecting power as the only simple reset option. Once the display is mounted on the board, the SD socket is awkward to access, not really suitable for projects that involve changing the memory card. Despite these limitations, the display is good value at under a tenner given the screen resolution.

I spent hours trying to make it work and figured it's smarter to buy a screen with documentation and/or examples.

After buying a very similar product from eBay that was rubbish for mega 2560 this works really well

I had to return this item after spending hours writting my own touch screen driver. The resitive coating is uneven with high values bottom corner. This was unlike other identical parts from other Amazon supliers.

It's super easy to use. Amazing touchscreen and easy to calibrate. It's super fast and the SD card slot is very quality and fast. Colours are graphics are very good. It came in a very safe packaging which means that no pins went broke or damaged. Amazing job on this screen.

Hallo, dieses TFT hab ich zusammen mit einem ELEGOO Mega2560 R3 Mikrocontroller gekauft und hab es nicht bereut. Schnelle Lieferung, gut verpackt und Top Qualität. Die Beispiele hab ich von der LCDwiki Seite kopiert, welche hier bei den Kundenfragen zum Produkt benannt wurde. Sie haben ohne Anpassungen sofort funktioniert (siehe Bilder).

Ho comprato questo display per una applicazione automotive/gps basata su Arduino Mega. Il display si è rivelato di ottima qualità, con buon contrasto e veloce nell'aggiornamento.

Écran LCD TFT 3,5" 480 x 320 Résolution HD Support Pour MEGA 2560 Touch Panel Bon produit, arrivé bien emballé, il marche très bien. J'ai pris les example sur LCDWiki. Pour tout ce qui est affichage c'est parfait. Pour la partie touch panel, ça ne fonctionnait pas ... Grosse frayeur ... J'ai finalement pris les examples MCUFRIEND_kbv et la le touch panel fonctionnait bien ... oufs. Quelques remarques expliquant que je ne mets que 4 étoiles : Il arrive sans aucune doc. Les soit-disant examples fournis sont inexistants. Aucune info où il serait suceptible de les trouver. Heureusement qu'il y a les commentaires.
