I really like this product and will definitely repurchase. I was struggling really bad with excessive bloating, stomach pain, and rumbling and heard that glutamine was great for healing your gut so I gave it a try.I’ve been taking this for over a month now and the results are amazing. I took a little break because I was busy for a bit and immediately noticed a difference after a few days of not taking it. I was back to being bloated. I took it again, and the next day I was fine! It doesn’t take long to work at all.I take this with a daily probiotic to maximize gut health, and I’ve found that I don’t have any reactions when I mix it with that or other supplements like liquid L-carnitine.The only reason I’m not giving the full 5 stars is because this powder is so darn hard to dissolve! I drink it with water and have to constantly stir, and I do mean constantly, every couple seconds even when I’m chugging it or else the powder will settle into the bottom. But the actual product is so helpful I will deal with this little inconvenience no problem. Also the taste is foul but I got used to very fast and now I don’t mind it.Btw don’t be silly like I was at first and make sure to google the best way to consume L glutamine. Don’t have it with hot liquids and I personally like to have it first thing in the morning on an empty stomach.

I’ve taken L-glutamine before and I’ve finished the tub and reordered. This time when I revived my order the tub was slightly different then the first one I had, it was smaller and less round and bulky in shape. And when I opened the lid it had this sour smell that smacked me right in the face. It’s not a pleasant smell either, it smells like sour milk and the scoop seemed like it was wet before because the powder sticks to it. I didn’t experience this my first time taking L-glutamine before. Is that normal?

Great value and easy to mix with water

This tastes awful which I kind of expected but it was supposed to have more benefits than the pill version so I have it an honest try. I didn’t notice any benefits from the powder that were different from the pill form. It wasn’t worth suffering through the taste imo. This brand is great tho!
