Q: One of the pumps came in broken, is there a way to receive a replacement instead of doing a full return?

Good luck I had that problem and lost half of the conditioner, not a peep from the seller.

Q: Can this be used even when not swimming...and how is it on sensitive scalps?

It can be, I have curly hair so I use something else when not swimming to help my curls, but my kids use it all the time. None of us have sensitive scalps, but we’ve never had issues with itching, peeling, or anything else. This is a great product!
