Brilliant headphones
I bought these to replace my first set of wireless headphones, I had some fake beats and loved them but the charge didn't last even an hour sometimes and they took overnight to charge. When I got these I was impressed by the look of them, they look like they cost more than £20, I absolutely love the design of them, they charge incredibly fast and I've yet to run out of battery whilst I've been out all day.At full volume the bass sounds rattley but If you have a samsung it is easily fixed, in your sound settings there is a "sound quality and effects" in that menu there is a "tube amp pro" this fixes the bass issue. These are definitely worth buying if younger looking for great quality budget headphones, you can't go wrong with these.EDIT: I’ve had these headphones nearly 5 months now and a month ago I noticed the connection sometimes is bad when I put my phone in my pocket, it can be a little temperamental, not sure if that is possible water damage from light rain or maybe they aren’t built to last very long.

I bought and returned these!
Having previously had a pair of Kitsound Manhattan headphones I was looking for the new Kitsounds equivalent.I have to say the Manhattan headphones were great but old bluetooth so not able to connect to all devices.I opted for Kitsound Metro X and was really disappointed. Build quality feels very plasticy and flimsy, they caused my ears to burn because they felt so tight that's without listening to anything. The mic quality is poor, I tried on multiples phones and devices and was told I am very quiet and cannot be heard!.I wanted them primarily for use with my firestick and conference calls but they fell very short of expectation. The sound quality however i excellent. I returned for a refund and now have JBL Tune 500BT which were a similar cost and have met my expectations.

Why are they so small
My family literally thought I bought headphones for my baby brother. They are so small that it feels like my head is being crushed after a while, and they hurt my ears so bad 😭 and I’m only fifteen and I don’t consider myself to have a big head (in most aspects). For those of you who are looking to buy new metros since the original ones don’t sell it in black anymore (I am heartbroken) here’s the side by side comparison… also don’t mind that the cushioning has just disappeared on my metros, now you see why I needed new ones. But omg they’re so small and that thick headband cushion doesn’t really help it either 😭 I swear a headscarf so my head is really flat since there’s no hair to add like, volume, and it makes me look like I’m wearing stylish head gear or something, it just floats on top of my head because the headband is so thick and the earcup cushions are so thin that it just sticks to my ear making me look like an upside down egg. But other than that they’re fine. ALSO, why does it talk??? Like before with the metro it just made a little twinkly sound to turn on and off. But now it talks 😭 I don’t know whether to like it or not. Actually I’ve made my mind up, I don’t. But other than that they’re fine. No wait, there’s also that fact that there’s no headphone cable supplied :) thank you for listening to my rant, I’ll go let my ears bleed out with my headphones now

The best value for money
I have been using bluetooth headphones for years and eventually they slowly die and so I have tried quite a few different brands, these are by far my favourite. The sound quality is great and there's no sound leakage. They are super stylish and sleek but don't lose sound quality. The buttons also work well which is something I've struggled with other brands. They connect and switch on and off quickly, and I have had no issues with connectivity or range.I was worried from reading reviews that they might be too small but I've found them comfortable. I have to take them off after long usage but I've found the same for other on-ear headphones. The battery life is good but wish it had a little bit more warning when they are low, once I get the first warning, they are dead within 10 mins. They fold nicely and are not flimsy at all so easy to carry in my bag.I have bought £15 headphones before and they only lasted a couple of weeks before dying, but these are lasting me very well.Honestly, I doubted that these would be any good considering the price, but they are the best pair of headphones I've owned, I love the look, the sound and have recommended these to all my friends. You will not find better value for money.

An Improvement Over the Metros?!
These were easily the most disappointing KS headphones I have ever purchased. The Metros were a great pair of headphones let down by a plastic headband. That was the thing that broke in all three pairs of Metros I previously owned. Before the pleather on the earcups, even. I went out on a limb for the Harlems next, and they have been a solid pair, but occasionally disconnect themselves. So I thought to myself "I love the Metros, so these Metro Xs should be out of this world, they aren't meant to compete with the Harlems, but as a second pair of headphones for my phone, for jogging or catching the bus, these should be awesome!"I was very, very wrong. The metal stems of the Metros are gone, leaving the earcups to be supported by what feels like incredibly flimsy plastic instead. The headband is still plastic, and the earcups no longer swivel. These feel like a downgrade from the Metros in every conceivable way.Sound quality is notably poorer than the Harlems, which was expected, but when the cups don't swivel to seat on the ears properly, it's even worse than expected. Battery life is okay, connectivity is alright too. But a voice announcing every time you hit the max volume, interrupting listening? What a terrible decision.Overall, I wouldn't recommend these. Get yourself a pair of Harlems, or standard Metros if possible. This upgrade is a step backwards. These feel like prototypes, flimsy, and more made for looks than function.
