I didn’t have any problems. Arrived the next day as was specified.

MY order has arrived, its not a pump and there appears to be no top on the wand, should there be one coz the stem is covered with drops falling off

You need to pull off the lid rather than twist and then pump is underneath, sounds like you have twisted off the lid and head of the pump together, it's not a wand but the stem of the pump x

Purchased this for holiday slightly more tanned than my usual foundation it arrived today haven't opened it because you can already see this is for people with black skin Waste of money as they refuse to accept returns or exchange or credit note
