Great results. Use this product + fresh greens & protein
This product surprised me a bit. I was not expecting to get the results I got after one week. Everyone is different but I lost 10 lbs, overall I feel great mentally and physically. The chocolate flavor is fine, you get use to drinking ‘a chocolate drink’ after a day mostly because it is not a thick texture when you mix it with 20 oz. of water.

The most disgusting detox I've had
I detox and try new products every so often, whether to cleanse my body or lose weight. I tried this product hoping for a new cleanse but it was so hard to drink. The daily nutritional support is disgusting; the vanilla tastes like chalky, grainy, diluted vanilla cake mix in the worse possible way. I rather starve than drink this product.I wish I can get a full refund honestly but it passed my date.

Works as advertised.
Product works great. First 2 days are tough but manageable. Starting day 3 you can eat reasonable meals. So far 4 days in I’ve lost 8 pounds, feel great, and have not craved any of the foods I can’t eat or drink, such as coffee.

Awesome Detox-- I do this once a quarter!
I do this 4 or 3 times a year for a reset button on my health. If you follow the plan, you WILL lose weight the healthy way. It is not hard at all and is so very healthy. Also your body will be detoxed. You will notice a difference in how you feel, sleep, think, etc. Great results!!! Worth every penny.

Did not like the flavor
I bought this for my boyfriend Nd myself (vanilla). I have drank protein shakes over the years, several different types. He has 2 a day. These were awful, we could not complete drinking the protein because the flavor was so bad. We used a different one and used the pills. And yes the protein container seemed about 2/3 full. But we don't know if is was a sufficient amount for the week because we could not continue drinking them by day 3.

Day One. Not as bad as I was expecting - update at end of week
Today (Monday) is only my first day doing the cleanse, so I cant really give a full review at this point. I will update with more info at the end of the week. But so far, it's ok. The "shake" tastes better than I was expecting (after reading some of the other reviews). It's a watery mixture that does separate, so just drink it quickly. The taste could be a lot worse. At least it is somewhat pleasant, sort of vanilla-y but not exactly. Again, just suck it down and try to forget that you won't be eating solid food for 48 hours! I'm sticking with it out of curiosity... Hoping to drop a few pounds by Friday. I don't really have any headaches right now. I'm hungry but the shakes do fill you up for a little while.
