We've tried many protein powders in the past, but didn't much care for them because they were either way too sugary sweet, or because they had an overbearing chemical taste due to sugar alternatives being used. This one has just the right amount of sweetness using monk fruit (and not too much of it), and folks can add more of their own preferred sweetener if they wish to do so. We like it just as it is mixed with regular or soy milk. Others have mentioned that it doesn't dissolve well, but we use an inexpensive little battery operated shake mixer that does wonders. If you shake it manually in a cup, you can get some clumps in it, but this does not change the flavor.

I've been weight training for over 20 years and have tried dozens of different protein powders. CFM (cross flow microfiltration) whey protein isolate is the highest quality protein available. It's also easier on the gut and has a cleaner taste than lower quality "concentrates". I had only been using 2 different brands of protein powder, but I decided that I needed to try some other ones. I also wanted to avoid artificial sweeteners and I don't care for Stevia. This one seemed to fit my requirements and is available at a great price, too. I purchased both the strawberry and chocolate flavors. I'm completely blown away by this product. I never thought that the taste would be so good with no artificial sweeteners and such a low amount of carbohydrates. As long as the formula doesn't change, I'll be sticking with this brand from now on. I highly recommend trying this protein powder !

Ok product

Unbelievable tasting protein powder!! It melts in water, milk or juice with just shaking a water bottle or blender bottle (with metal ball) in less than 15 seconds. As a health nut, I've tried over 6 different hemp, pea, rice and "raw"protein mixes in hopes of keeping things organic, vegan, raw and super super healthy. I have to say - I have experimented with virtually all the available vegetarian protein powders on the market - everything relatively tasting(remember: relatively to whey protein) sandy and gritty and sometimes the accompanied by unpleasant odors. Even some whey protein (isolates and regular whey) would not mix well and the worst part, would cause an uneasy stomach. I finally gave in and decided to try whey again but I can only have kosher meat products and tried this in Strawberry. One of the best protein powders I have tasted - like a strawberry milk smoothie - with 1% lactose free milk and without milk (I use light cranberry juice and apple sauce to mix in Blender Bottle, not actual blender) It tastes fantastic, mixes immediately like a dream, my stomach is absolutely at ease and makes me feel full in less than 1 minute. I can't recommend enough - I would never even know its kosher - tastes better that most non-kosher powders I have on rare occasion tried.

I cannot tolerate sucralose as a substitute for sugar. Most protein powders and drinks use sucralose as their sweetener. The Integrated Supplement CFM Whey Protein Isolate Diet Supplement powder does not contain sucralose, it contains fructose which is ok and not a problem for me. Finding this protein supplement was a God send. I was looking for a low carb protein supplement and this is it. I purchased the chocolate, strawberry and vanilla. All 3 are not really strong flavored, but there's enough flavor to enjoy them. I use almond milk as my liquid and blend the 2 scoops into it. I sometimes blend in a small amount of strawberries or other fruit or peanut butter or cream cheese. I'm experimenting blending different things into my shakes. I would recommend this product to anyone who's looking for a quality protein drink that is low carb and is not really sweet.

Couldn't get any help during the early months of the Covid pandemic from anyone anywhere on this product I love so much. (I LOVE THIS PRODUCT because it does NOT use artificial sugars. More on that later.) So the manufacturer, Amazon, Target, Walmart, none of the so called Big Guy Corporations of business could help me. I couldn't ever get hold of any customer service from any of them. The I called the Amazon SELLER of this product. I think his name was Scott. He was amazing. Had all the answers for me and I ordered from him immediately. Ok. I buy this because it has ZERO artificial sugars. All of which are TOXIC DEADLY POISONS! They use Fructose. If you can't handle sugar. Get out of here. Thank you Integrated Supplements for making a GREAT product with real sugar and not artificial sweetener death substitutes.
