Overall, a high quality garment. The material is very soft and comfortable. The only fault was fix with a minor modification - the elephant trunk is not designed for a man of above average size. It fits fine when in a “relaxed” state. The issue arose when the level of excitement increased and did not provide nearly enough expansion to contain the full length. Modified by cutting a slit in the end of the trunk cloth which permitted the hardening appendage room to stretch out. This led to unexpected benefits of increased visual appeal.

5'8", 140 lbs, 31in waist. Size M 170/180 Took a while to find after owning 2 pair already. But finally found this vendor and had to snag another of the best underwear in the world! Comfortable, breathable, durable, no bunch up. Grateful they're in my size. Feel sorry for the large fellows.
