Great vacuum hose and attachments. Switch works great (make sure you orientate the hose correctly in receiver or it just stays on). The power brush works great and spins fine on my carpets. We use it in our 42 for RV. Wife loves it

Very happy with this central vacuum kit. The price was tremendous and the kit has every thing we needed. Had one issue and contacted Ovo who immediately sent out a replacement part. Very happy with the product and very pleased with the customer service and support. It is rare to find this kind of customer service anymore. I would certainly do business with this company again.

This product works well and is as described. I took off 1 star because the piece they provide to hang the hose is way too small for this hose. The hanger needs to be 2-3x the size. It’s really useless and have decided to keep the hose but keep it tucked away under a cabinet vs hanging it up because it would take several minutes to hang on this small piece. Other than that, it’s a good hose.

This was a replacement hose for my central vac system. I love having the extra 10 feet of hose! The tools seem to be a little less quality than my original set but not so much that I wouldn’t buy this set again. I’m pleased with this product.

Just received the kit for an on-time delivery! The lady at the company guided me into changing my kit and recommended me their Air-driven carpet brush kit to vacuum my entrance carpets and other mats instead of a more costly and bulkier electrical carpet beater. She was right! It does a fantastic job cleaning carpet! I also like the fact that their wand and hose is very light compared to my old one. I’ll definitely buy again from this company, great service and great products.

The product is average at best. There is quite a bit of vacuum leakage at the joint between the handle and the pipe. But the worst part is the handle as it WILL eventually crack and become very loose in your hand. Ours cracked after about a year. I tried to fix it by using plastic high-strength epoxy and plastic heat stables (commonly used to repair plastic auto panels) but there is so much stress on the joint it does not hold. I have the original 20-year-old handle and it has ZERO issues. I don't even see the option to buy replacement handles on their website. Will be replacing it with a higher-quality product.

Worked with our existing outlets as specified. I like that I could turn the unit on/off at the wand. The one that came with the house did not. The house itself is very "thin" so we will see how that holds up. Overall feel it was a great buy at the price.

So I bought this for a home which had a central vacuum system installed, but the current hose was both two short and didn't have a switch, to turn the vacuum on and off. For the price, it is a nice complete kit. My only real complaint, is that the bag that it comes with to hold the tools, doesn't have a long pocket to hold the extendable tube. On the plus side, there is the switch, helps the wife unplug the hose, the power brush head is remarkable nice given that it is not powered, and works off the suction.
