I've been getting muscles spasms a lot lately, particularly when I laugh my stomach muscles will get a Charlie horse and cramp hard, it takes my breath away (also when I need to use the loo and I push too hard, worst time to get a cramp!) Since taking these I haven't had a problem! I went on vacation and forget them so I bought a formula from the store they had there and the cramps came back within THREE DAYS! MegaFood products are the best. We drink only distilled water due to all the negative effects of additives and chemicals in most tap & bottled water. Distilled water is devoid of necessary minerals. This product provides the necessary natural minerals from the best supplier. Even store-bought distilled water isn't pure so we make our own and have found it worth the effort.

Wanted to like this product but the whole time I used it I could not digest fructose. When I dropped it, along with other cellulose, HPMC, methylcellulose products, it went away.

one of my favorite supplement brands. If I take a supplement i want to be able to tell if it's doing something. I can tell every time i take a megafood supplement. I took this after having an allergic reaction to steroids. They deplete many important minerals. I feel like this got me back where i needed to be.
