I love using these bags to cook salmon. Easy to use and the fish always comes out perfectly cooked. In addition there is no smell of fish in the kitchen and cleaning is a breeze. I would buy it again.

I decided to try this product because it was listed next to the cheese paper that I usually buy. I used these bags the other evening to cook Dover sole. One reviewer said that the beauty of cooking this way is that there was no fish smell in the house. I found that to be true as well. I decided to do the sauce separately to allow the fish to accumulate juices which I then added to a bonne femme sauce made with a veloute sauce and mushrooms. I may have cooked the fish a few minutes longer than was suggested, so in the future I would go by the recipe.I will say that I found that part a bit frustrating. That is finding recipes for parchment or en papillote cooking. I even went on the site of PaperChef but didn't find it user friendly. I will definitely use these bags again and try to find some other recipes or just experiment on my own. It's definitely a healthy way to cook and pretty easy to do!

Use these for microwave veggies, (fresh & frozen)... esp. baked potatoes! Have previously re-ordered & will re-order again!

These are great! I love to steam fish and was making my own parchment bags with sheets of parchment and either rolling them shut on the edges or stapling them closed. What a pain.These bags are a time saver and also work better keeping all the juices in the bag with the food and clean up is a dream!

I love these preformed bags as opposed to folding parchment sheets into a bag (which never stay together). Makes cooking individual meals very quick and easy. Would recommend to anyone who gets frustrated with trying to make their own parchment bags

We use these bags all the time to cook salmon when it's too cold and windy to barbecue. We always have perfectly cooked salmon and it's fast and easy. We used to buy them in the grocery store but they don't carry them any longer. We were delighted to find them on Amazon.ca.
