the hotter red version woks for me, have a bone infection in the hip, new users use sparingly, if covred up with a wrap it can get burning hot even the next day but you get use to it. works foe back ache / muscle pains too

Unbelievably difficult to manage
I wasn’t prepared for the lingering burning on every part of my body that made incidental contact with cream! Washing with water, soap and even vinegar does little to get rid of this stuff. Even my nails still cause burning on any skin that I touch 24 hours after first application to knees. An effective antidote should be on the package—it isn’t!! Couldn’t sleep, nor stop spreading the burn. I would never touch this again.
