Great Workout
Added a new dimension to my pool workout.

Did not provide much of a workout
I bought this thinking it would be a good workout in my pool. I was wrong-it did not provide very much resistance and was not the workout I was hoping for. I would not recommend this product.

I am so glad I found this!
I absolutely love this! I got it as I was losing weight and wanted to build muscle. It worked so well. It was so easy and did not hurt me at all afterwards. I never had muscles, I showed them off to everyone. LOL

Great for hydrotherapy
I'm loving using the barbell in the pool, there are so many exercises you can use it for. You can create the resistance you need by increasing the force used. Fantastic.
