A missing piece of the keychain
The photos of this keychain show two parts, the sword and the sleeve as a keychain. When the package arrived I was surprised to have the other half of the keychain missing, is there any way for me to receive a new keychain with this missing part?

Wanted new item gave me used
I got this as a Christmas gift thinking it would be in brand new condition. But the box was ripped and poorly taped. The sheath is badly scratched up and the hilt of the sword is messed up also.
