Extremely versatile pick
This is a really great pick. It's perfect for acoustic guitar, but also great for electric. The grip is fantastic, it's is thin enough to strum electrics and acoustics without displacing strings like crazy, but hard enough to pick heavy on electric guitar by just slightly modifying your grip. The sound of the pick is really nice too, especially where it counts, like acoustic. I was using the thin tortex picks, but the sound of the pick striking the string sounds better than the tortex. It's a little less noisy. It's a great all-around pick, and is in my favorite top 5 picks. It might actually be the best all-rounder if you play electric and acoustic... No matter how hard or soft you play.

Smaller and stiffer
After hundreds of dollars of flatback over many years, I’ve come to find out that even perforated or grippy triangle pics slide around in my smaller hands. He’s Dunlops are stiff enough to be gripped by a medium sized hand and I’m loving on. I ordered an assortment of 10. I finally found it.

Stiff without the bulk
This variety pack includes all the same shape and size picks with different thicknesses (and stiffnesses) so you can pick (heh) what you like best. The thinnest one is about the thickness of a Fender Medium, and the thickest one is a fair bit thicker than a green Dunlop Gator Grip. These are about the same size and shape as the Dunlop 208 (roughly like a standard Fender celluloid pick, except these have a pointy end). They're larger than the Jazz III.I used to play red Jazz III picks, then switched to the black ones because they were stiffer. I later switched to Dunlop 208 because they were stiffer still, a bit larger, and less plasticky sounding than the Jazz.I ordered these to see if I could find something as stiff as the 208 but a bit thinner. Mission accomplished! The shape and material of these picks make them stiffer for a given thickness than most picks I've used. The lettering / raised engraving on the surface of the pick digs into your flesh a little bit, like the Jazz III does. It's not bad, but coming from the smooth 208, it takes some getting used to.I don't know exactly how thick the 208 is (and Dunlop doesn't say), but I am getting the same feel from the 1.14mm Flow pick, which is definitely thinner than a 208. The 1.0mm Flow works well for flat picking on an acoustic guitar. These may become my favorites if I get used to the feel of the surface of the pick.
