A splendid object
This is a jewel of a briefcase. The leather is supple and shiny, the smell is amazing - the telltale smell of real leather. The cotton lining is fancy but tough, not like thin polyester that will tear at the slightest tug. The zippers are heavy metal, not plastic: I just wish the teeth were smaller, so the zipper could slide more smoothly. For now I cannot think of a single drawback, or imagine that I will ever regret buying it.

Great product but seller rigid on return policy
The briefcase is of great quality and perfect for laptop and documents but yet not too bulky. However the seller is rigid about 30 day return policy, which is the reason for my rating. I bought as a Christmas gift in mid-November but it was not quite right for the person. I asked to return, exchange or get store credit just after Christmas, but Fendess refused all three options. I thought It reasonable to expect flexibility during Christmas gift season. Love the quality of product but would not buy from this seller again.
