Its good but it has some problems that makes it a 3
I bought this for a comic convention to hold up my sign. It only get a 3 because the middle pole wont lower itself down. The middle part when i turn the crack to minimize the pole is just stuck. I turn the crank and it doesnt release the middle pole to lower it. i cant return it i missed the return window. so over all it works fine but you cant make it smaller to really put it away after. so it gets a 3. perhaps i just got the bad egg of the bunch.

Not representative of product shown online
As a new photographer I am in process of building my studio - I purchased this to hold paper backdrops. There were no instructions in the box only online - I was excited about the price but unfortunately, it doesn't seem to be solid construction at all - the attachment point for the cross bar is weak and it wobbles quite, a bit not functional if it falls over. Also the clips supplied do not fit the cross bar to hold backdrops? Found this strange - check out my video I have included details on all the issues.

Came with only one clip
Was supposed to have two clips but only has one. In general kinda flimsy

Can't Hold It Up
Attached our 6'x5' backdrop and the unit instantly fell down. Tried again - same outcome. Stand are not sturdy enough to hold anything but something that the force is directly vertical. Had to return.
