I wanted a clock that was easy to read and glowed in the dark, but I didn't really want a digital one. This clock is very easy to read - big numbers - and works great at night to be able to see what time it is. It's very fashionable and lightweight to hang up easily on the wall.Pros: Big numbers - easy to read and lights up very bright at night. Keeps accurate time and battery has lasted a long time.Cons: The numbers do fade as night wears on and in the early morning, it's not glowing anymore. I'm still able to read it when I get closer to it though.Would buy again - very nice clock.

We had an issue initially, until we pulled the second hand out just a scosche.Time was lagging- now it's right on!Great clock!!

Easy to see from all over my living area. Unless you place it where it gets a lot of daylight it doesn't really glow very much.

It's a clock. Not a lot you can say, but here's what I will say. ...It works great. It has kept time perfectly for well over a year, and I've only had to replace the battery once (a rechargeable, too, which typically don't last as long).NOTE: When I first opened it, the minute hand was bent slightly, but just enough to prevent free travel of the second hand. So, if your clock is not working, try bending the minute (or hour) hand slightly. It's easy to bend and might just keep your clock rockin'.ANOTHER NOTE: Some people are leaving bad reviews because they don't like the placement of the hands? They say you can't tell which hour it is. Have these people NEVER set a wall clock? Seriously. Just move the hand! All you have to do is manually move the hands until they're all lined up at midnight (or 6 or wherever), then move the minute hand until it's set. How have they been setting wall clocks until now if they're afraid to move the hands?The glowing is nice, though most of it fades quickly. However, we had a power failure one night and even after a few hours, I could still see the numbers from the glow. It was ever-so faint, but just enough to see the time, so that's a big plus. Overall, I really like this clock, the number are large and easy read, and it does what is says works well.

UPDATE: Put in new battery, again, runs for short time and stops altogether. Of course, after return period.Bought to use outside some in the evenings so we could see the time, but it isn't that great. Size is good for our daytime use. Wish it held the glow longer.

The clock is nice and could be a keeper for sure. Highly recommend the clock be continuously backlit and battery powered as opposed to the 3 hours of "solar-type" illumination. It is of very little use in a lighted condition if you have to expose it to the sun or a light source the other 24 hours of the day. Otherwise it was great.

Looks great and glows a decent amount but dispite changing the batteries it still won’t keep time….it is like the ticker is slow and after a day the clock is off again. It is high up on an empty wall so I don’t the kids or animals can be disturbing it either.

Bought for MIL so she can see from her bed at night.

Actually this is the second exact same clock I purchased.Perfect silent movement, no issues with this or the other one I purchased earlier months ago.Love the large dial with readable glow in the dark / illuminated dials.
